Overview
Are you passionate about the power of brand and the art of seamless integration? We're looking for an experienced Marketing Integration Manager to take the lead in uniting newly acquired firms under our brand-preserving what makes them special while elevating their presence within our growing organization.
In this highly-visible role, you'll act as the marketing lead within the firm's Integration Resource Team, collaborating closely with functional leads across HR, IT, Accounting, and Communications to support consistent, coordinated execution. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing (or Chief Marketing Officer) and has a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Chief Integrations Officer to ensure alignment with firmwide integration strategy and timelines.

You'll be responsible for guiding a thoughtful, phased transition that rebrands each acquisition under our corporate identity and team structure while preserving and strategically transferring brand loyalty, client trust, and goodwill. If you bring a strategic mindset, deep marketing expertise, and a keen understanding of the relationship-driven AEC industry, we'd love to meet you.
