Director of Marketing

Description We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Marketing to lead and enhance our marketing strategies in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. This role requires an experienced and detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in driving brand growth, managing campaigns, and leveraging digital tools to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and visibility.

Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including Google AdWords campaigns and social media advertising.

Manage and optimize content across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging.

Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective marketing campaigns.

Lead efforts in improving CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Create and manage marketing collateral to support sales and promotional activities.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Establish and maintain brand awareness through innovative campaigns and partnerships.

Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and maximize ROI for all marketing initiatives. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, including leadership positions.

Proficiency in using Content Management Systems (CMS) and CRM platforms.

Strong expertise in Google AdWords and Google Analytics.

Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns.

Solid understanding of digital advertising and brand management.

Excellent analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and market trends.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
