What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
Supporting day-to-day administrative functions, reporting directly to the office manager.
Utilizing Epicor software and Excel, including vlookup and pivot table proficiency, to manage data and assist in purchasing processes.
Collaborating with team members through email and face-to-face interactions to ensure smooth operations.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have good clerical and computer skills, with a strong preference for candidates with Epicor experience.
Are proficient in Excel, particularly with vlookup and pivot tables, and have some experience with Kanban and purchasing.
Are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and can occasionally visit the production floor while adhering to safety protocols (steel-toed or composite safety shoes and safety glasses required).
