Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Oak Brook, Illinois. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure seamless coordination of training events and travel arrangements. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively within the Hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry to maintain and organize records.

Create and print name tags for participants attending training sessions.

Arrange travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and car rentals, for staff and participants.

Facilitate communication and scheduling using Microsoft Teams.

Prepare logistics and provide on-site support for training events.

Collaborate closely with the Learning & Development team to ensure smooth operations.

Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars to optimize efficiency.

The salary range for this position is $20/hr to $23/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level, including basic data manipulation.

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for daily communication and scheduling tasks.

Proven experience in coordinating travel arrangements.

Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on professionalism.

Previous experience handling inbound and outbound calls.

Ability to manage appointments and maintain organized schedules.
