Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be part of the finance department supporting our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Ashland, KY

Pay Rate: $20/Hour

What's the Job?

Accurately enter vendor invoices into the ERP system.

Review and verify invoice details for accuracy.

Assist with general accounts payable functions as needed.

Maintain organized records and documentation.

Support the team during the temporary coverage period.

What's Needed?

Previous experience in accounts payable or data entry preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in ERP systems or similar software is a plus.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
