Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Raynham, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing customer interactions, coordinating service appointments, and maintaining organized records. If you excel in time management, attention to detail, and possess strong technical skills, this role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule service calls and estimate appointments to ensure timely customer support.

Handle incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.

Conduct outbound calls to follow up with potential leads and schedule maintenance services for heating and cooling systems.

Organize and clean up data within multiple systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Utilize ServiceTitan, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel to track leads and input data accurately.

Maintain detailed and organized records, ensuring all tags and entries are properly managed.

Collaborate with team members to improve operational workflows and enhance customer experiences.

Provide clear and precise email correspondence to customers and internal stakeholders. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, including handling inbound and outbound calls.

Proficiency in data entry and working with systems such as ServiceTitan or similar platforms.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and data.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and team members.

Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services is a plus. TalentMatch®
