Position title: SAP Finance and Spend Management iXp Intern - Integrated Communications
Location: Newtown Square, PA - USA
Expected start date to end date: June/July, 2025 - September/October, 2025
Hourly requirements: 40 per week
We're seeking an Integrated Communications Associate with a knack for digital adoption to support our global communications strategy. In this role, you'll help develop and execute cross-audience communications plans, manage influencer relationships, and maintain communication platforms. You'll also provide critical sales support, including assistance with QBR decks, All Hands Calls, and forecast reports. Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Communication: Develop communications objectives, strategies, and messages that align with SAP's business objectives.
Event Management: Coordinate and support communications events, including Executive Visit Coffee Corners and local employee events.
Channel Management: Develop, implement, and manage efficient communications channels to reach diverse audiences.
Digital Adoption: Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance communication strategies and improve engagement.
Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of QBR decks, All Hands Calls, and forecast reports, providing essential support to our sales teams.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track plan execution, collect audience feedback, and adjust strategies to maximize impact.

What you bring:
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Education: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field.
Internship Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor's, master's or JD/PhD program.
Strong communication skills
Understanding of large enterprise business models
Knowledge of Enterprise software business
Able to convey complex messages in a consumable manner.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
