Our client, an apparel company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Plainview, NY

Pay Range: $19 - $20 an hour, with possibilities of overtime.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm (with flexibility)

Duration: Temp-to-Hire opportunity

What's the Job?

Receive and check incoming shipments to ensure the accuracy of orders.

Pack and fold merchandise as needed, and load, unload, pick, and stock products in the warehouse.

Communicate with warehouse management and other associates to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

What's Needed?

2+ years operating warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Capable of lifting or moving heavy products up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak times.
