Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This role requires proficiency in receiving, sorting, staging, replenishment, picking, packing, cycle counting, and shipping. You will manage orders in both SAP and the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring high productivity and quality. The position also involves operating various material handling equipment and serving as a mentor to fellow team members.
Responsibilities
Determine daily work schedule through work board instructions and supervisor guidance.
Inspect equipment and complete necessary documentation before use.
Unload shipments using forklifts or pallet jacks and sort items based on labels and packing lists.
Perform a 3-way match to validate product part numbers and quantities against purchase orders.
Input and verify data accuracy in SAP and WMS.
Transport pallets to designated storage and staging areas.
Identify and resolve discrepancies using WMS, Traffic, Inside Sales, and Customer Service.
Replenish products by scanning containers and transporting them to storage locations.
Pick inventory using RF guns, verify quantities, and prepare for shipping.
Consolidate pallets for shipping to reduce costs and improve quality.
Participate in daily cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.
Maintain facility and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
Engage in proactive damage control and communication of potential issues.
Support other team members and contribute to process improvements.
Essential Skills
Accurate counting and math skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, SAP, and warehouse management systems.
Knowledge of proper lifting techniques.
Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of warehouse experience.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and SAP Receiving.
Cycle counting experience.
Certification in material handling equipment.
5S and lean manufacturing experience preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
