Who are you?
You are a relationship-builder with a passion for precision and client service. C&N is seeking a Senior Investment Administrative Assistant to support our Investment team through high-level administrative coordination and meaningful client engagement. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and team members, manage complex account activities, and help ensure a seamless experience at every step. You could be responsible for:
Support Client Relationships: Assist in onboarding, account maintenance, transaction reviews, and communication, helping us deliver an exceptional client experience.
Manage Investment Systems & Data: Maintain accurate client records and portfolio data in CRM and investment platforms; support the team with data entry and technology tools.
Assist with Portfolio Reviews: Help prepare and organize client portfolio materials and reports in advance of advisor meetings to support personalized investment planning.
Provide Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, travel, and internal communications; assist with marketing material distribution; support departmental initiatives and projects.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Wealth Management professionals and internal departments to ensure efficient processes and smooth client service delivery.
Requirements:
You will need an associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, or related field AND 4-6 years of experience in administrative support or customer relationships, ideally in a financial services, accounting, banking, or wealth management environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
You will demonstrate well-developed abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
Presentation Skills: Comfortable preparing and delivering polished materials to support advisor-client meetings and internal discussions.
Team-Oriented Mindset: Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively across functions.
