Who are you?
You are highly organized, detail-driven, and passionate about supporting meaningful client relationships. At C&N, we're looking for a proactive professional to join our Wealth Management team as an Investment Administrative Assistant II, a role that blends client service, data management, and operational coordination. In this role, you won't just manage tasks, you'll play a key part in ensuring seamless investment operations and helping our clients achieve their financial goals. You could be responsible for:
Support Client Relationships: Assist in onboarding, account maintenance, transaction reviews, and communication, helping us deliver an exceptional client experience.
Manage Investment Systems & Data: Maintain accurate client records and portfolio data in CRM and investment platforms; support the team with data entry and technology tools.
Provide Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, travel, and internal communications; assist with marketing material distribution; support departmental initiatives and projects.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Wealth Management professionals and internal departments to ensure efficient processes and smooth client service delivery.
Requirements:
You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND 4-6 years of experience in administrative support, ideally in a financial services, accounting, banking, or wealth management environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
An associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
You will demonstrate well-developed abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
Team-Oriented Mindset: Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively across functions.
