Job Title: Key Account Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple global time zones.

Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Organize comprehensive travel arrangements and maintain balanced schedules.

Maintain and manage shared digital resources and team collaboration platforms.

Collaborate with the trade events team to ensure national events meet executional standards.

Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and track follow-ups on action items.

Support strategic initiatives by tracking milestones and deliverables with cross-functional teams.

Handle administrative logistics including expense reporting, invoice processing, and procurement.

Ensure all communications and presentations align with brand tone and visual identity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in an executive support or project coordination role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong calendar and travel management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.

Work Environment:

This is a fully onsite position based in Santa Monica, CA. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.73/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
