Come join our family!WHAT YOU'LL DO:Work with our engineering teams that are building exiting digital customer experience's and technologies to solve for real world challenges be it not waiting in line to rent a car or enabling self-service options to enhance the rental journeyInteract directly with product managers and user experience designers to understand and design solutionsYou will be working with one of the latest technologies - Angular, React, HTML5, CSS3, Java, Node JS, Micro services or mobile development on iOS and Android platformsYou will be on a product engineering team who are using Agile framework and tools to develop and ship incremental valueWE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT HAS:Recent graduate from college/universityA detail-oriented mindset and way of workingSolid business communication skillsThe ability to work in a fast paced corporate environmentGood working knowledge of front end app development, software development process and/or micro servicesThe ability to reliably commute to our Parsippany, NJ corporate headquarters at least 3 days a weekThe ability to work 35 hours a weekSKILLS YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:Completed coursework in web or mobile or full stack developmentStrong working skillset and experience with Microsoft ExcelExperience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPointInterest in exploring the various aspects of data analytics or data scienceAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writingStrong interpersonal, organization, and time management skillsAbility to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgencyContribute positively to the organization, both individually and as part of a teamAbility to work well remotely and with use of tools like ZoomBonus points for experience/skills with: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, Slack, Jira, MiroBenefits you'll receive:Paid time off401K retirement plan with company matched contributionsAccess to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insuranceEligible to elect other voluntary benefits including: Group Legal, Identity Theft, Insurance, FSA, additional life insurance coveragesContribute up to $260 as a tax free benefit for public transportation or parking expensesEmployee discounts, including discounted prices on purchase of Avis / Budg
