Job Description Summary

As the Manufacturing Specialist - Production Coach at our Auburn, AL facility, you will perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. You will execute standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Executes production according to the appropriate instructions

Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area

May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework

Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures

Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters

Leads a team of houlry employees

Develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE Aerospace

Explains technical information to others

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of Manufacturing and/or Production experience)
