Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Duncan, South Carolina. In this Contract to permanent position, you will serve as a vital link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and accurate processing of orders. This role requires a proactive individual with strong multitasking abilities and a working knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email in a detail-oriented and timely manner.

Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.

Monitor order progress and provide updates to customers as needed.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details.

Assist customers with order forecasts using basic Excel functions, such as data entry and updates.

Handle general questions and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to address any order-related concerns or discrepancies.

Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to confirm details.

Process order entries accurately and efficiently.

Support additional administrative tasks as required. Requirements - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic functions.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer and team interactions.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and record-keeping.

Familiarity with Microsoft Word and other office software.

Experience handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.
