SCOPE OF POSITION :

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, supporting the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns and continued maintenance of our website. Your creativity and analytical skills will be crucial in optimizing our online presence and driving meaningful results. Digital Campaigns: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing.

Website Optimization: Assist in optimizing website content and user experience to improve organic traffic and conversion rates. Be an integral contributor in large-scale content migration program during website redesign project.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and persuasive marketing content for digital channels, maintaining consistency with brand voice and guidelines.

Social Media Support: Contribute to social media content creation, scheduling, and community engagement to build brand awareness and foster customer relationships.

Email Marketing: Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling messages and analyzing campaign performance.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilize digital marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

SEO and SEM: Collaborate with the SEO team to implement on-page optimizations and assist in managing search engine marketing campaigns.

Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the industry.

Stakeholder Relationships: Establish relationships with key internal stakeholders in order to effectively communicate messaging across all various platforms and programs.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION: (Minimum Education and/or Experience required)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Previous internship or entry-level experience in digital marketing, marketing, or a relevant field is a plus.

Familiarity with Content Management Systems, Sitecore knowledge a plus

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms, asset management tools

Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Creativity and willingness to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Enthusiastic about the digital marketing landscape, eager to learn and grow in the field.
