This leader will oversee all aspects, from brand positioning and messaging to resource prioritization, ensuring alignment with global and local goals. They will be pivotal in shaping the oncology portfolio's impact, managing both pipeline and in-line products to address critical patient needs, drive value, and achieve market leadership. This role reports to the General Manager of US Oncology and sits on the US Oncology Leadership Team.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead the development of oncology brand strategies, focusing on product positioning, messaging, and market differentiation.
Lead launch readiness and execution for the subcutaneous formulation of Sarclisa in multiple myeloma, including a novel on-body delivery system.
Represent US Commercial on the Sarclisa Global Brand Team, co-creating strategies, messaging, and materials to ensure consistency and strategic alignment across markets.
Lead a team of stakeholder-focused marketing professionals, fostering strong collaboration and strategic alignment
Utilize market and customer insights to inform key business decisions and refine brand and customer strategies.
Serve as the primary liaison to internal insights & analytics team for integrated insights and strategic alignment.
Establish core messaging for a diverse customer base, including HCPs, patients, payers, and other key stakeholders.
Lead customer segmentation efforts to optimize outreach and engagement across channels and ensure precise targeting.
Support global initiatives and ensure that the global strategy accounts for US needs and market dynamics.
Ensure strong collaboration between the US Oncology Marketing team and counterparts on cross-functional teams, including Sales, Key Account Managers, Thought Leader Liaisons, and Patient Support Services.
Play a key role in accurate forecasting, lifecycle management strategies, and new product launch plans.
Leverage data and analytics to allocate marketing budget effectively across channels and audience segments, ensuring optimal utilization of marketing budgets.
Responsible for driving and achieving the Oncology forecast within OPEX boundaries, driving trade-offs that are in the best interest of Sanofi.
Prioritize investment opportunities and secure budget approval from senior leadership, advocating for resources to support strategic initiatives.
Champion talent development and team engagement, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and diversity within the Oncology Marketing team.
About You
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business or life sciences preferred.
Deep marketing experience required. Oncology experience preferred.
Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with a focus on high-impact execution and results.
Proven success in customer-centric marketing strategy development and cross-functional leadership
Established Marketing skills.
Patient, HCP, Account, & Digital marketing experience with multiple brands. Demonstrated expertise in omnichannel, modular marketing and content / channel strategy.
Field experience, preferably field leadership
Global and US experience preferred.
Track record of selecting talent-dense, high performing teams and developing talent.
Ability to travel up to 33%.

The salary range for this position is:
$202,500.00 - $292,500.00
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
