Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Ware, MA

Pay Range: $20

What's the Job?

Safeguard the Customer's product to ensure the quality of the material.

Perform accurate picking, staging, loading, unloading, stacking, and relocating of products.

Maintain a safe working environment for all associates and adhere to safety protocols.

Unload and stock material accurately recording the quantity and description of the items delivered.

Support management in achieving profit and growth objectives as outlined in the strategic business plan.

What's Needed?

Ability to work day or night shifts as required.

Experience with sit-down forklifts in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Experience in loading and unloading trucks and trailers.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Detail oriented
