Key Responsibilities:
An HVAC Sales Representative is responsible for assessing the needs of clients
and providing them with cost-effective and efficient solutions for their
heating and cooling needs.
The role requires a thorough understanding of HVAC systems, their
operation, and their installation.
Conducting site visits to assess the heating and cooling requirements of
clients.
Providing recommendations on the best heating and cooling systems for the
client's needs, considering factors such as budget, energy efficiency,
and environmental impact.
Creating accurate estimates for the cost of installation or replacement of
HVAC systems.
Developing detailed proposals that outline the scope of work and the
associated costs.
Communicating with clients to explain the recommendations and proposals and
answering any questions or concerns they may have.
Collaborating with other members of the HVAC team, including installation
technicians and service personnel, to ensure that the project is completed
efficiently and to the client's satisfaction. Maintaining accurate records
of project specifications, costs, and other relevant information.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license required
Prior sales experience is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients,
answer their questions and concerns, and present proposals.
Attention to detail to create accurate estimates and proposals
