Description
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Purpose: To run production machines, to produce quality parts per customer specifications.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program.
Run CNC Machines.
Inspect parts.
Adjust machine settings with assistance when necessary.
Complete reports and tagging necessary for jobs.
Maintain fluids in machine.
Maintain clean, safe work area.
Make adjustments to machines with assistance.
Change inserts with assistance (Mills, Lathes only).
Run jobs according to work instructions.
Demonstrate commitment to the TEAM Industries Quality Management system and Objectives.
Promote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employees.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements: Education & Experience:
Preferred: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred: 6 months machine trade work or related experience in a manufacturing environment
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Mechanical ability.
Basic understanding of shop math.
Basic micrometer and caliper usage skills.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
Training: Reference OJT
Physical Demands
Ability to communicate with a variety of people.
Ability to handle stress.
Ability to follow work instructions.
