Competitive Wages and Benefits: Wages start at $18.20 to $23.00 per hour $3.00 per hour perfect attendance bonus to be paid at the end of each week Additional quarterly perfect attendance bonus of 3% and annual perfect attendance bonus of 3.5% $1.00 per hour shift differential Advancement opportunities Health/Dental/Vision Company paid life insurance 401 (k) with Company match Tuition Reimbursement Paid Vacation - One week vacation in 1st year of employment Personal paid time off Paid holidays Referral Program

Responsibilities

Production General Labor positions are responsible for the following: Must be able to distinguish the different cuts of meat Must be able to pull product from conveyor belt onto tabletop Must be able to obtain correct size & color tray for specific product from an overhead shelf Must be able to determine whether a product is within specification Must be able to quickly and efficiently place product in tray using correct count and placement for that product Must be able to place finished tray onto conveyor Must be able to move readily from line to line as required by product flow Must wear all required personal protective equipment Must demonstrate the ability to react to change and handle any other essential tasks as assigned by the supervisor or lead, which may include assignments in other areas General labor Other duties as assigned This is a safety sensitive position. This position is on-site.

Qualifications

Production General Labor position qualifications are: Previous experience in the meat industry preferred but not required Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
