Entry Level Opening for a Performance Specialist!

This role involves thorough investigation of customer feedback related to hotel, transportation, and operational issues. The Performance Specialist will actively manage suppliers concerning Account Management, focusing on maintaining and improving performance. Responsibilities include managing customer feedback platforms, investigating issues, responding to feedback, tracking performance data, and building supplier relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

Resolve feedback within Client SLA's.

Create processes to improve the quality of responses and response time.

Track and analyze concerns and develop action plans to resolve recurring issues with suppliers.

Build and maintain supplier relationships through calls.

Hold weekly calls with Account Directors to present analysis and ongoing action plans.

Participate and help prepare Client Quarterly Business Reviews.

Skills & Qualifications:

Customer service-oriented.

Experience with hotel front desk, receptionist, or similar roles.

Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams.

Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge required.

Excellent interpersonal and integrative negotiation skills.

High problem-solving agility.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to build strong relationships.

Detail-oriented with great organizational skills.

Able to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to positively present the company in customer-facing situations.

An organized self-starter who can work proactively and independently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.00/hr.
