Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment and is eager to contribute to various human resources functions. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting employees and HR programs, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting background and work authorization checks, and setting up employee accounts in HR systems.

Manage workers' compensation claims and related reporting to ensure compliance and timely resolutions.

Provide support for HR programs, including employee engagement initiatives and benefits administration.

Assist in coordinating employee performance appraisals and compensation reviews to maintain fair and consistent practices.

Organize and help execute employee events and activities to foster a positive workplace environment.

Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding HR issues to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

Collaborate with managers and employees to address employee relations matters and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Utilize HR software systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce to streamline processes and maintain accurate data

Requirements - Previous experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Strong proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Solid knowledge of compliance regulations, including FMLA and workers' compensation.

Effective communication skills to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.

Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes. TalentMatch®
