Our client, a leading healthcare provider in Vista, is hiring an HR Coordinator to support their growing workforce. This is a perfect opportunity for someone excited about people operations in a mission-driven environment.

Your Day-to-Day:

As an HR Coordinator, you'll help ensure the smooth operation of HR activities while fostering a welcoming and positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include:

Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including verifying required certifications for healthcare staff.

Tracking employee credentials to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Managing job postings and scheduling interviews for open positions.

Supporting benefits administration and assisting employees during open enrollment.

Assisting HR leadership with data entry, reporting, and audits regarding payroll and employee files.

Supporting employee engagement programs, including wellness initiatives and recognition events.

Requirements

At least 2+ years of HR experience, ideally in healthcare or a comparable compliance-driven industry.

Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
