Position Purpose:

The [Nurse Senior - Virtual RN] works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the [Unit/Dept] to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. What You Will Do:

Using Quality Caring Model,demonstrates acceptable performance, and applies nursing process, to plan and manage care of routine patients, including patient and family education, and continuum of care planning.?

Member of the Nursing Care Team and is responsible for collaboration, communication & facilitation of optimal care through computerized/digital platform supporting daily management of care.

Responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the patient's plan of care from admission to discharge.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited nursing program ADN; basic professional nursing degree (BSN or MSN) preferred.?

Current Registered Nurse licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State.

Certifications aligned with area of responsibility preferred.

Minimum [#] years of RN experience preferred.
