Summary:
HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking an eMNS Emergency Management Specialist to provide general EM support to the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) EM Branch. *This is a remote position. The primary work is in support of Mass Notification management, to include policy and development. The Emergency Management Specialist will serve as the primary advisor on eMNS operations, supporting policy, procedures, training, maintenance, and system transitions, including the shift from Blackberry ATHOC to ALERT! This is a remote position with potential quarterly travel.

What You Will Do:
Lead eMNS policy implementation, upgrades, training, and database management.
Provide one-on-one training for 40+ administrators on system management and alerting operations.
Maintain eMNS lessons-learned database and update the Marine Corps Mass Notification System CONOPS.
Support emergency managers in training, system reviews, and command orientation.
Assist with task management through ETMS2 and AMHS.
Develop training guides, online instructions, and contribute content to Ready Marine Corps.
Conduct technical analysis of laws, policies, and industry standards related to Emergency Management (EM), COOP, and CIP.
Review emergency plans, Base Support Installation (BSI) checklists, and update MCICOM preparedness resources.
Support MCICOM Common Operating Picture (COP) initiatives.
Manage the Ready Marine Corps website and social media, ensuring content development and updates.
Coordinate and document key meetings, forums, and training events.
Assist with EDS data analysis, product development, and community outreach.
Continuity of Operations (COOP), Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP), and Emergency Dispatch Services (EDS).
What We're Looking For:
6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
Possess an Active DoD Secret clearance

Preferred Requirements
Military experience
Experience in providing support in the respective areas of Continuity of Operations (COOP), Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP), and Emergency Dispatch Services (EDS)
Experience in developing processes and conducting analysis of data pertaining to EM, EDS, COOP, CIP personnel and functions.
Experience in developing Plan of Action and Milestones for the EM, EDS, and CIP programs and provide status reports for projects.
Experience in maintaining EM, EDS, and COOP rosters and in the development and maintenance of COOP Plans and Policies.
Experience in providing COP Subject Matter Expertise and Strategic Planning support as it relates to overall COP efforts to include design, integration, training, and management of the system.
