Job Title: Order Selector

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Order Selector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating an electric pallet jack to pick pallets off shelves, moving between refrigerated, freezer, and dry sections throughout your shift. You will stack and wrap pallets, load, unload, and stage materials, and use a handheld RF scanner to ensure accurate product selection.

Responsibilities

Operate an electric pallet jack to select pallets from shelves.

Transition between refrigerated, freezer, and dry sections during shifts.

Stack and wrap pallets efficiently.

Load, unload, and stage materials as required.

Utilize a handheld RF scanner to scan and select the correct products.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in operating an electric pallet jack.

Prior experience in a warehouse environment.

Ability to work in a cold environment.

Capability to pass a machine test during the interview process.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Steel toe boots are required.

Work Environment

This position is fully on-site in Linden, New Jersey, within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will work from Sunday through Thursday, 6pm to 4am, transitioning between freezer and refrigerated sections. Jackets, gloves, and hats are provided to keep you warm while working in cold conditions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Linden, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.50/hr.
