After completing comprehensive training, Sales Developers consult with franchisees and advise company store reps on implementing their sales strategies, including suggesting specific actions to help franchisees and sales reps meet their sales goals. Sales Developers also coach franchisees and advise company store reps on all aspects of selling, including uncovering customer needs, increasing collections, and learning product features and benefits.Sales Developers have the full support of the Snap-on management team and are regularly reviewed for progression opportunities within the Franchise Performance Teams. With solid performance, they are typically progress quickly through additional roles in the field sales organization. We value your education and experience and consider candidates from diverse backgrounds.Franchisee SalesAdvise franchisees on best ways to implement sales strategies and meet or exceed sales goalsConduct Quality Field Training ContactsEducate franchisees on benefits and features of Snap-on products, sales and collectionsDrive customer-focused culture and pull marketing shift by coaching franchisees on how to uncover customer needs and connect with customersSet standards for future dated ordersAssist Franchisee Developer as needed in training new franchisees on sales skills and productsTechnical support skillsFranchisee Development and CompliancePartner with Business Manager to conduct franchisee meetingsAssist Business Manager in the selection of new franchiseesMonitor franchisees for consistency in manner of conducting business; escalate compliance issues to Business ManagerAssist in reducing franchisees turnover by proactively identifying underperforming franchisees and bringing them to the team's attentionFPT TeambuildingCommunicate regularly with other Franchisee Performance Team membersCoordinate franchisee and customer issue resolution with team membersSupport Franchisee Performance Team transition to new franchisee modelIndividual Characteristics and Competencies:High energy and motivationResults-oriented - setting and achieving goalsWillingness and ability to travel extensivelyStrong communication skillsPersuasive and influentialCustomer-focused with exceptional customer service abilitiesStrong core valuesPassion for hands-on problem-solvingAdaptability and relationship buildingPlanning orientationSalary Range: $65,000-115,000 base pay in addition to a 20% quarterly bonus earning opportunity.
