IMMEDIATELY HIRING!

Currently hiring for an IMMEDIATE opening for a Shop helper, located in Souderton, PA for a FULL TIME opportunity! The shop helper will be responsible for finishing aluminum and stainless steel materials, using various hand and power tools, and being able to follow instructions. A general mechanical aptitude, some @type of experience working in a manufacturing/ production environment, and wanting to expand skills and be crossed trained will be required for this role. This is a LONG TERM and FULL TIME position so a strong attendance and reliability will be required for this role.

Responsibilities

Utilize a graining technique to ensure aluminum grains are aligned.

Straighten aluminum parts to maintain precise measurements.

Apply honing techniques for finishing aluminum parts.

Insert stainless steel threaded materials into aluminum blocks.

Ensure a smooth finish by inserting metal parts into a tumbler.

Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Essential Skills

Strong mechanical aptitude.

Attention to detail.

Machine shop experience.

Ability to use basic hand tools.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
