Our client, a leader in the light industrial sector, is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you will be part of a dynamic assembly department supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Assembly Technician

Location: Mechanicsville, VA

Pay Range: $21 hourly

What's the Job?

Perform basic and complex assembly, wiring, and erection of products and systems.

Read and interpret engineering configuration and wiring drawings.

Devise and utilize nonstandard procedures as needed.

Coordinate work with other groups to ensure commitments are met.

Ensure compliance with prevailing quality procedures and policies.

What's Needed?

High School diploma plus 2-5 years of related assembly experience.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

Experience with assembly tools, particularly torque tools.

Demonstrated ability to work in a factory setting.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
