If you answered yes to those three questions, then apply today! Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Hybrid for our client in Malvern, PA Interested? The position needs a team player that is highly organized, responsive, extremely flexible, and can handle multiple projects while producing accurate and timely results. Be willing to learn how to prepare Federal, State, and Local Income and Franchise Tax Returns, including collecting and analyzing financial data, calculating book/tax differences, and preparing supporting work papers. Facilitate deliverable exchanges between SMS and external service providers, one of which will be a heavy focus in the months of May-August Be willing to learn how to prepare the monthly tax provision. Interface with Accounting / Finance / Treasury and Siemens tax employees concerning tax-related matters. Be willing to reconcile financial and tax accounts. Participate in special projects as assigned. Communicate orally and in writing with tax authorities. Gather documentation and provide analysis.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years' experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Minimum of 2 years' experience with Adobe Acrobat or comparable software Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Experience with tax software Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
