Job Summary :
The role involves shaping the HPT squad's vision and roadmap to deliver impactful products and platform features, balancing business value with technical feasibility. Key responsibilities include accountable for technical delivery and technical SME, prioritizing and translating requirements into user stories, planning squad resourcing, and ensuring alignment with customer needs. The role includes collaboration with Product/Platform teams, maintaining security and compliance standards, driving continuous improvement, and leading third-party engagements. It involves facilitating release and sprint planning, synchronizing with other squads, and tracking performance metrics, managing documentation, ensuring clear communication among partners, and actively participating in squad ceremonies to optimize the value flow. In addition, the Lead, Tech Product Management, Data & Insights, will lead and drive innovative solutions for data management by architecting and designing data pipelines, applying expertise in Python, PySpark, and SQL. Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and one of the MDM Solution (Informatica MDM or Reltio) will be critical in creating end-to-end solutions that turn data into actionable insights, driving both operational efficiency and business growth.
Responsibilities :
Data Engineering and Analytics Ownership
Serve as solution owner for data pipeline and MDM products; lead conversations regarding recommendations and solutions, ensuring high quality, efficacy, scalability, and compliance:
Data & Analytics Pipelines : Build and maintain scalable data engineering pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL to process large datasets efficiently for analytics, inference, and data science.
Customer and Marketing data management: Collaborate with Customer and Marketing data management program teams to lead and enhance Data processing and self-serve analytics. Preferred - experience building and managing MDM implementation of Customer or Patient MDM using Informatica or Reltio.
PowerBI Integration : Develop and integrate data visualizations and dashboards in PowerBI to present insights from analytics pipelines, ensuring clear communication with partners.

Define and lead Data & Insights solution roadmap and priorities in close collaboration with key partners. Shape ways of working for the program across Data & Insights team and core partners.
Shape solution backlog management, governance, and lead teams that lead to the successful delivery of projects to their final project/program objectives. Stay up-to-date with the latest Data, Analytics, MDM and GenAI research, tools, and technologies, applying relevant advances to improve business outcomes.
Define and continuously measure productivity, quality and on-time delivery of Data, Analytics and GenAI Solution. Accountable for ensuring continuous high quality of deliverables for these areas.
Partner with business product owners, business technology leaders, and program functional team leads to understand core program priorities, ensuring the delivery of optimal data and analytics solutions and investments.
Partner closely with JJT teams (data scientists, engineers, and product teams) on product plans and brand needs to drive effective communication, successful delivery, and improved impact of solutions for the business.
Demonstrated success in leading multiple cross-function self-organized teams. Contribute to and support a positive team culture to enable an authentic, open, and collaborative environment that thrives on the diverse experiences and perspectives of the team.
Direct project team members and activities to successfully meet project objectives. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Resolve issues and support organizational change; call out and handle risks to program.
Supervise the progress of key integration components to ensure overall goals, schedule, budget, and benefits are achieved. Ensure adherence to J&J processes and standards.
Required Qualifications :
A minimum of a Bachelors with 5+ years, or MS with 4+ years of relevant pharma sales & marketing experience, Computer Sciences, Statistics, Product Management.
Life sciences, health care industry, and/or Commercial Pharmaceutical experience.
In-depth knowledge and experience delivering solutions to support business unit and commercial experiences for healthcare providers.
Strong experience in developing applications using Python/PySpark. In-depth knowledge of PySpark for large-scale distributed data processing.
Experience in building data and analytics pipelines for large-scale data processing and model deployment.
Strong SQL skills to query, handle, and manipulate large datasets.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for data pipeline deployment.
Experience guiding teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Ability to understand, shape, and measure the business value of solutions, setting and managing OKRs and QBRs, while managing competing partner priorities and ambiguity.
Results oriented with strong organization skills and a consistent track record in driving highly sophisticated projects/integrations from start to finish.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, multiple stakeholders, matrixed teams, and evolving needs.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with one of the MDM platforms - Reltio or Informatica MDM
Working knowledge of any reporting tool (Tableau, PowerBI),
Experience in Git, CI/CD, Jenkins, Artifactory or similar.
Solution/Product/Project Management experience.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and build collaborative partnerships, teams, and trust across functions.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$91,000 - $147,200
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
