Job Description
Warehouse operators will be responsible for loading and unloading materials for incoming and outgoing trucks, utilizing robotic warehouse equipment to pull the correct orders, managing inventory for all orders, and strapping down materials. Operators will occasionally work outside with various orders and will use a combi lift forklift for transporting materials.

Essential Skills
Experience in loading and unloading.
Forklift operation skills.
Material handling proficiency.
Shipping and receiving experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Entry-level candidates willing to learn more about manufacturing.
Previous manufacturing experience may be helpful.
Attention to detail.
Team-focused mindset.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Comfortable lifting 50+lbs.

Work Environment
The work environment is within a steel manufacturing facility that is equipped with updated machines that automatically clean the air. While not temperature controlled, it is a comfortable setting within a large facility spanning over 1 million square feet. The environment can be loud, requiring the use of hard hats and safety shoes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.35/hr.
