The Role
As a Senior Analyst within the Supply Chain Distribution team in Customer Care & Aftersales, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across our distribution network. This position is critical to ensuring efficient management and continuous improvement of core processes including Parts Distribution Center (PDC) bank management, stocking strategies, and inventory redistribution.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Manage daily operational processes related to PDC (Parts Distribution Center) bank management, stocking strategies, and inventory redistribution.
Develop, update and maintain process documentation.
Leverage analytical tools such as MS Access, Power BI and SQL to extract, analyze and visualize data to support decision making.
Design and implement strategies to optimize CCA's internal supply chain, focusing on inventory, availability, and efficiency improvements.
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities within the supply chain network.
Lead and support cross-functional initiatives and projects related to network changes that impact part distribution across the supply chain.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Warehousing, Purchasing, and Logistics to align goals, share insights, and drive coordinated process improvements
Additional Job Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Logistics, or Inventory Management.
Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Access, SQL, Power BI, or equivalent.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in Mainframe applications.
Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington.
The salary range for this role is ($85,100 - $135,900). The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
