Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience with mission-critical infrastructure.

5 years of experience in power system analysis.

5 years of experience in bidding, designing, operating, and commissioning electrical distribution systems from High Voltage (HV) transformers to branch circuits.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Experience with large-scale data center electrical infrastructure systems and data center architecture.

Experience with colocation facilities.

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

With your technical expertise, you ensure compliance with codes and standards, develop infrastructure improvements and serve as an expert in your specialty (e.g., cooling, electrical).

In this role, you will focus on the development of large-scale data center electrical infrastructure, from initial site assessments and conceptual design to greenfield construction and major modifications.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $144,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Collaborate with the core team to develop data center electrical designs from Basis of Design (BOD) to Issue for Construction (IFC) for new data center projects, and support the long-term planning of High Voltage (HV) substation infrastructure across North and South America.

Interface with Energy and Land Strategy (ELS) and Front End Planning (FEP) teams to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure to support large-scale data center campuses.

Conduct technical due diligence, vendor Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), and ensure successful product delivery according to internal and external design and equipment standards.

Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders for the development of new data center infrastructure products related to High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), and Low Voltage (LV) systems, and maintain internal design specifications and standards.
