Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Frisco, Texas. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to key financial processes, including account management and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy in handling financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

Perform account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.

Manage accounts payable (AP) processes, including timely payments to vendors.

Handle accounts receivable (AR) tasks such as tracking incoming payments and resolving discrepancies.

Process invoices efficiently and ensure compliance with company policies.

Conduct data entry of financial information with precision and speed.

Assist in billing operations, ensuring invoices are sent and payments are tracked appropriately.

Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to support financial tasks.

Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting workflows and improve efficiency.

Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation for audit purposes.

Provide support for ad hoc financial tasks as needed. Requirements - Proven experience in account reconciliation and financial record management.

Proficiency in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

Strong skills in billing operations and invoice processing.

Familiarity with data entry practices and maintaining accuracy under deadlines.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively.

Prior experience in a similar accounting role is preferred.
