Join our Wisconsin Market communications team in an exciting role as an Engagement Marketing Professional. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to contribute to our marketing and communication efforts while enhancing member engagement within our organization. The Engagement Marketing Professional identifies how Member and Associate Engagement Marketing will develop and influence the application of member-centric strategies to accelerate business goal achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and promote healthcare services.
Collaborate with senior marketing staff to create engaging content for various platforms, including newsletters, websites, and promotional materials.
Support the organization of community outreach events and initiatives aimed at enhancing member engagement.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Support creative direction and offer strategies to strengthen the WI Market presence.
Lead on graphic design for visual strength and brand consistency through all mediums.
Oversee the compliance and content requirements for health plan websites while partnering with Business units to ensure functionality supports their goals.
Partner with divisional leads and others to maintain databases, track materials, and uphold state-mandated contractual standards.
Collaborate with senior marketing staff to brainstorm strategies to enhance our brand's reputation, improve member experience, and drive growth.
Produce valuable content and ensure compliance for online presence.
Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies to support all lines of business.
Create, develop, and provide materials in all mediums to support specific needs as determined by local teams and people leaders.
Collaborate with senior marketing staff to define specific marketing outreach needs across the state.
Align the brand's direction, choices, and tactics to more holistically support external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
3 years of marketing/communications experience, preferably within the healthcare or managed care industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in necessary systems and databases, including but not limited to: Adobe products (including InDesign), Excel, WordPress, SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of and experience with Medicare & Medicaid services, including CMS & WI DHS rules & regulations.
Website & digital asset management experience.
Ability to lead a diverse team with various roles & functions.
Additional Information
Workstyle: Home: Associates Home office environment is their primary work location, but they will use Humana office space on an as needed basis for collaboration and other face-to-face needs.
Typical Work Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CST

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$78,400 - $107,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
