Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to small-and-medium sized accounts. The role is a combination of a Field Sales Rep and Inside Sales Rep.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in selling ERP and Financial solutions. This is a true hunter role, responsible for driving new business and maximizing revenue growth within an assigned territory, which may be defined by geography, product line, industry verticals, or market segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through a combination of inbound and outbound sales techniques.
Directly sell Oracle's application solutions - particularly ERP and Financials - to customers within the territory, either independently or in collaboration with partners.
Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to closing, including post-sale account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop and deliver customized solution proposals that articulate value and address customer-specific business challenges.
Lead onsite presentations and strategic negotiations with C-level executives to close complex and high-value deals.
Maintain a deep understanding of Oracle's product offerings, market trends, and the competitive landscape to effectively position Oracle solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including business development, consulting, and support to uncover and address customer needs.
Travel as needed to client sites to nurture relationships and advance sales opportunities.
Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term growth and uncover upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in enterprise software sales, with specific experience in ERP and Financial application solutions.
Strong track record of hunting and closing new business in a B2B environment.
Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a territory without Inside or Field Sales support.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $29.81 to $48.32 per hour; from: $62,000 to $100,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
