Job Description:

Seize your opportunity to make a personal impact as a Program Manager in support of the Federal Judiciary. This program provides IT support, infrastructure management, and security for a major federal agency, including planning national IT policy, standards, and architecture.

HOW A Program Manager WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:?

Has authority and responsibility to successfully managerequired resources,in order to meet the overall requirements of the program.

Institute and maintain processes that ensures problems and action items are tracked through resolution and provide timely status reporting

Providedeliverables to the government customer, including Monthly Service Utilization, Capacity, Outage and Upgrade Status and Forecast Reports

Develop, deliver and maintain Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule

Prepare and deliver regular reports onprocess task activities, planned task activities, issues, and performance metrics.

Make business criticaldecisions related to the program and communication efforts tocustomers and stakeholders

Track and communicate information related to unresolved issues as well as their status and actions taken.

Ensure alignment of program deliverables to program outcomes for operational efficiency

Provide expertise and guidance on cloud technology to the program and client.

Education:

Master's Degree (in Computer Science or related field preferred)and 7 years of experience,

Bachelor's Degreeand 12 years of experience

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Required Experience:

Minimum of 7 years total program/task management

Experience in planning, managing and providing guidance pertaining toIT and Cloud environments

Experience in managing federal cloud task orders

Experience with and accountability for the technical correctness, timeliness and quality ofdeliverables, and the implementation and measurement of corporate and client quality standards and methodologies

ITIL and/or AGILE certification(s) preferred

Cloud certification in Azure, AWS, or GCP required

Security Clearance Level:

Must possess or ability to obtain Public Trust for US Courts

Location:

Position is Hybrid, based in either Washington, DC or San Antonio, TX

The likely salary range for this position is $133,369 - $180,441. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
