Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to create a centralized digital brand on all social media platforms . This position will be part-time contract and remote.

What You'll Do

Content creation on all social media platforms

Creation of a centralized digital brand for distribution on social media platforms

Expand content creation on existing social media recruiting campaigns "One Badge, Endless Opportunities"

Collaborate with Human Resources Division and the recruiting team to create content that aligns with the client's brand and historical tradition of Integrity, Loyalty, and Community

Develop strategies to respond to social media conversations regarding employment opportunities and other newsworthy events

Analyze metrics on social media platforms that offer story engagement

Understanding current social media trends and aligning content creation with those trends

Assist the 14 District PIOs with content creation and distribution on social media platforms consistent with the client's brand

What You'll Need

Required:

Minimum one year of college completed

Minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale at an accredited college or university

Valid driver's license

Operating telephone service

Current e-mail account for correspondence

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Interest in engaging social media content

Sound judgment, strong organization skills, and attention to detail

Ability to work on deadlines and manage multiple projects

Able to work independently and in a team setting

A great attitude and a teamwork-focused approach

Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
