Sales Analyst I

Calculate global Sales Incentive Plans and respective payouts.

Implement and maintain global sales related reports, tools and systems to measure sales teams' sales performance.

Work with Manager Global Sales Metrics and Incentive on regular or ad-hoc reporting activities.

Collaborate with cross functional teams including such as commercial operations, sales coverage, quota, analytic, sales, finance, IT and business management to resolve sales incentive related requests, issues, questions.

Help salespersons in understanding SIP calculations, review, approval and payment process.

Solve complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Perform other duties as directed.

High school diploma or equivalent in Finance, General Business, Sales or a related fields

4+ years of direct related work experience.

Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and sales performance data.

Demonstrated ability to extract, merge, manipulate and analyze data from various sources and create effective reports and dashboards.

Prepared to work in fast-paced environment, quick learner absorbing knowledge quickly.

Flexibility to work with stakeholders in different time zones.

Advanced Excel

Fluency in English

What we offer:

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000. to $100,000. and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary.

This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
