South FL Career Opportunity: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation, collaborating with CNC programmers, and managing projects from initiation to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a successful aerospace group experiencing substantial growth.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain travelers and manufacturing operation sheets.

Collaborate with CNC programmers to develop efficient manufacturing processes.

Issue job releases using Job Boss.

Manage projects from initiation to completion.

Maintain a professional and positive image with customers.

Ensure compliance with industry standards.

Design fixtures for large turning machines, 5-axis vertical, and horizontal milling centers.

Essential Skills

Familiarity with drafting standards, techniques, and interpretation.

Understanding of manufacturing techniques, standards, and specifications.

Proficiency in SolidWorks.

Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

3+ years of manufacturing experience.

Exposure to CNC Environment.

Experience with Bill of Materials.

Process improvement skills.

Knowledge of Mastercam, Job Boss, and ERP systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $48.08/hr.
