Sr. Accountant

Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Franklin, Kentucky. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting overall financial integrity. Responsibilities:

Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Oversee balance sheet reconciliation processes to maintain financial integrity.

Handle bank reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Manage and update the general ledger, maintaining consistency and accuracy.

Prepare and post journal entries as part of the month-end close process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and analysis.

Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP for financial tasks.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Requirements - Proven experience in account reconciliation and financial reporting.

Strong knowledge of balance sheet and bank reconciliation processes.

Proficiency in using accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.

Experience with general ledger management and journal entry preparation.

Familiarity with month-end close procedures and financial reporting standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
