Job description- Dishwasher/Prep Cook
Overview\
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our
team in a dynamic restaurant environment. This role is essential in
maintaining the kitchen\'s efficiency and cleanliness while ensuring
that high-quality food is prepared and served to our guests. The ideal
candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a commitment to
providing excellent service.
Duties
Prepare and cook various dishes according to established recipes and
standards.
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and
assembling ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including
washing dishes, pots, and pans.
Ensure all food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety
and hygiene standards.
Buss tables and assist with dining room setup as needed to support
the front-of-house operations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during
busy periods.
Participate in inventory management by helping to track supplies and
report shortages.
Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not
required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a
plus.
Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or banquet
services is advantageous.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work efficiently under
pressure are essential.
A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn new skills will
contribute to your success in this role.
