Position Overview:
The Marketing Operations Specialist will focus on the development and execution of Entrust's email campaign process, including: email building, best practices, lead funnel management, marketing database health, and providing performance metrics to measure marketing program performance.
This position will have the primary responsibility for the management of email programs including the building, execution and optimization of customer and prospect campaigns. Secondarily, this position will work closely with members of the marketing team to deliver highly effective lead generation, customer nurture and demand generation campaigns that positively impact ROI.
Responsibilities:
Co-develop and build marketing emails, landing pages, automations, and optimizing conversions alongside Marketing Management, Creative and Content teams to meet marketing KPIs.
Successfully build, deploy, maintain and optimize email-based lead generation, demand generation and customer nurture programs using marketing automation software.
Create and build landing pages, templates, forms, etc.
Implement automated marketing email/outbound campaigns (i.e. invites to events/webinars, drip & nurture programs and customer communication) across our business units.
Test and QA marketing emails and automation programs to ensure highest quality of output.
Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on email subject lines, creative and copy to continually improve ROI.
Become a highly proficient and "power-user" of marketing automation and CRM technologies.
Develop and maintain campaign performance reports, tracking and analysis of programs.
Maintain and optimize email process and database, including list selection and building, email development and testing and approval process.
Build marketing automation processes and foster collaboration across segment and solution teams
Identify marketing process gaps and work cross-functionally to create processes and procedures.
Ensure best practices are in place for data cleanliness, email templates, landing page layout and form/lead synchronization across Salesforce and Eloqua.
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or Information Technology.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of B2B digital marketing, lead and demand generation
2+ years in digital, marketing operations and/or sales operations
High Proficiency with Eloqua (or similar marketing automation software) and Salesforce.com (preferably certified and/or admin experience)
Analytical skills to support - data analysis, lead lifecycle management, data hygiene/audit projects, program and channel effectiveness, and pipeline analysis
Strong PowerPoint skills to visually present marketing data in a meaningful way for the given audience
Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
Preferred Qualifications:
Results driven and able to work independently to achieve set goals in a fast-paced environment
Quick learner, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to define goals
Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding B2B digital conversions
Excellent organizational, analytical, and planning skills with great attention to detail
Proven Eloqua experience
Experienced in email A/B testing, website, ad optimization and retargeting
Familiarity with lead scoring
Familiarity and experience with using sales and marketing AI tools is a bonus

Compensation Range:
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $62,202-$91,229 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company's discretionary annual incentive plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement.
