On-site Executive Administrative Assistant

Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Location: Pontiac, IL - On-Site

Pay Range: $20-$28 per hour

What's the Job?

Assist with day-to-day clerical duties.

Prepare invoices, monitor past-due invoices, and work with third-party vendor payees for remittance.

Prepare new member packets, track, and record membership payments.

Assist in preparing real estate request for proposals research.

Organize and maintain confidential files and office records.

What's Needed?

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
