Administrative Assistant - Interviews Happening This Week

Location: Carteret, NJ

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support quality documentation processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing, organizing, and maintaining construction quality documentation, assisting inspectors, and supporting administrative functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Obtain and audit construction quality documentation from contractors and inspectors for accuracy and completeness.

Scan and organize documents into electronic project folders.

Assist the inspection team with administrative tasks and workflow management.

Build and maintain tracking documents in Excel to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing or construction setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Comfortable working on-site, five days a week in a professional office setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
