Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Office Staff Member to join our team. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with resort, hotel, activity booking management is appreciated.
Duties
Perform daily office and sales operations to ensure a productive environment.
Manage online bookings, including emails, phone calls.
Organize and maintain inventory and filing systems.
Maintain office supplies and sales inventory and place orders when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Requirements
Have adequate transportation and ability to come to work without fail.
No domestic problems or family obligations that would interfere with work.
Ablenotto use personal cell phone or email while at work.
NO SMOKING, VAPING OR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL AT WORK.
Proven experience as an Office Sales Front Desk position or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Learn to be proficient with our current online booking and Point of Sale systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are preferred.
