Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a high-net-worth individual. This role involves a combination of administrative and personal tasks, requiring exceptional multitasking abilities and a proactive mindset. Based in Washington, D.C., this position offers a hybrid work schedule, competitive salary, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

Deliver administrative and personal support to the Principal, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Oversee the management of 8-10 rental properties, including scheduling maintenance and handling tenant communications.

Coordinate and maintain calendars, schedules, and itineraries, adapting to changing priorities as necessary.

Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

Assist with special projects, such as planning events and coordinating engagements.

Edit and proofread documents for accuracy and clarity using Word.

Handle billing, accounts payable, and invoice processing tasks with precision.

Utilize QuickBooks and other tools for financial record-keeping and reporting.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience providing personal and executive-level administrative support.

Proven proficiency in calendar management and scheduling using Outlook.

Experience coordinating international travel arrangements.

Advanced skills in Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong knowledge of QuickBooks for financial management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing demands.
