Everlight Solar is seeking an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of tasks including schedule management, organize travel, and other personal-based tasks. This is a FULLY REMOTE, full-time, entry level position. Travel required.

Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).

Responsibilities:

Administrative tasks including emails and other modes of communication

Calendar management

Manage household projects

Coordinate personal errands

Qualifications:

Must be 21+ years old

High school graduate (3.0+ GPA)

Experience in administrative tasks preferred

Excellent organizational skills

Have a confident, positive personality

Practice strong communication skills

Must be a self-starter

Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
